I love the tender and juicy taste of the PORK CHOPS, and they pair so perfectly with the complex flavours of the WINE. I love to experiment with the different types of cuts of pork and can always find a delicious wine to match them. Pork loin is great with a medium-bodied red WINE, like a Cabernet Sauvignon, while a pork belly would be best with a Chardonnay.
